  • Cmmunity Classroom & Conference Room Rental Rates

    Conference Room  8  $60 per hour /$350 per day
    Executive Boardroom 10 $80 per hour / $450 per day
    Classroom 20-80 $120 per hour / $700 per day
    Large Classroom 130 $175 per hour / $1,150 per day
    Large Classroom - Inspire Park 110 $175 per hour / $1,150 per day - *includes kitchenette and small storage


    Additional Fees:

    • Clean-up or room set: $100 per hour, billed in 1-hour increments
    • Rooms are provided "as-is." Any furniture changes will incur the room set fee
    • After-hours staff: $100 per hour, billed in 1-hour increments
    • Security fees: $50/per hour (4 hour minium) varies by event
    • For larger events, additional custodial fees start at $80 a day (varies by event)

  • Important Notice: Please be advised that a minimum of three weeks' notice is required for all event bookings. This allows us sufficient time to prepare and deliver the highest quality service for your special occasion.

    You will need to purchase visitor parking permits from UNT Denton Parking & transportation for anyone that does not have a UNT parking permit.

  • Room Set-up

    All Classrooms are set for academic use. During your reservation, rooms may be reconfigured but must be reset by the end of the reservation time.

    UNT at Frisco staff can assist with room setups on a case-by-case basis as staffing and storage resources are limited. Fees are associated with UNT at Frisco staff assisting with room sets ($100/hr).

    We do not have round tables, table cloths, risers, stages, or other event furnishings. We are a academic building with classroom furniture only.

    (We are not able to remove the classroom furniture from the room)

  • Temporary Event Food Service Permit Request

    All outside food served on campus needs approval by Risk Management Food Safety prior to the event. "Outside food" is defined as any food prepared by a restaurant, vendor, or catering service that is not on the UNT campus.
