This form is for requesting the use of a classroom at the UNT at Frisco campus.
Before requesting event space, please note that we do not accept credit cards for payment. Payments must be in check / money order form. All payments are due two weeks prior to the event date.*

You will need to purchase visitor passes from UNT Denton Parking & transportation for anyone that does not have a UNT pass listed above.

Room Set-up

All Classrooms are set for academic use. During your reservation, rooms may be reconfigured but must be reset by the end of the reservation time.

UNT at Frisco staff can assist with room setups on a case-by-case basis as staffing and storage resources are limited. Fees are associated with UNT at Frisco staff assisting with room sets ($100/hr).

(We are not able to remove the classroom furniture from the room)
